How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage office operations and oversee administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Ensure a safe and secure office environment for all staff and visitors.

  • Manage office budgets and financial records, including billing and invoicing.

  • Plan and coordinate office events and meetings, ensuring they run smoothly.

  • Maintain office equipment and oversee maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to support office needs.

  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of administrative staff to maintain a high-performing team.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to support office operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the office.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

  • Bilingual Spanish

  • 3-5 years of office management experience, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage office operations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to handle various tasks efficiently.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure all office operations run smoothly.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
