The Opportunity:

Based in Melbourne, this role will be under direct supervision and independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard ADF Supply techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgement in making minor adaptations and modifications.

Tasks may include:

  • Assist with undertaking Logistic Support and Inventory Management to support the capability.

  • Comply with a safe working environment.

  • Display commitment to understanding the expectations of internal and external clients.

  • Use computers, software packages and office equipment efficiently and effectively to meet routine needs.

  • Maintain and record personal timesheets.

  • Enjoy the confidence of internal clients and other contacts.

  • Show a good understanding of grammar and editing requirements.

  • Participate in the annual performance reporting process.

To secure this position, ideally you will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Defence Industry in a related role

  • Requisite MILIS and Inventory qualifications and experience

  • A Baseline security clearance or above

  • Experience in the use of accounting and spreadsheet packages (Desirable)
