Treasury Wine Estates Asset Management Specialist in Melbourne, Australia

About the role

Reporting into the Global Content and Media Manager, this position is the backbone of the global content team; taking responsibility for asset management for internal and external stakeholders. A process-driven role that allows freedom to improve on existing process to ensure content is created efficiently and easily accessible.

  • Oversee our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Decanter

  • Support in the creation of important Penfolds assets such as product shots, tasting notes, and sales and education materials

  • Manage the Penfolds data archive which contains a rich history of materials spanning across 180 years.

About you

Our successful candidate will be a process-oriented individual, with a passion for wine. You will be someone proactive, looking to identify gaps or opportunities to optimize existing processes.

  • Experience working in digital content management or working with DAM systems (preferred but not essential)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders

  • Competent in MS Suites (Office 360 & Excel focused)

  • Strong attention to detail & time management skills
