Job Description Summary
We provide remote technology and support for AKA customer through insite connectivity. Connectivity Leader AKA will support remote connectivity for On Line Enginner to provide remote technical support for customer, and also have responsibility to resolve connectivtiy issues. This role also will support to drive Digital technology(OnWatch, TubeWatch, iCenter) to AKA region with AKA zone team and global team.

Job Description
Key responsibilities are :
Focal Point for Connectivity and Digital technology topics in AKA for global team
Regional end-to-end accountability to connectivity operational KPIs for ASEAN zone
Utilize global operational and commercial standards to provide scalable and sustainable models to drive customer value, connectivity & digital adoption for ASEAN zone
Enable zones and countries in driving connectivity (best practice sharing, areas of improvement, knowledge management. etc)
Partnership with Remote operation team, Project Management & Commercial team to drive business goals (profitability, cost reductions, efficiency. etc)
Manages technical escalations and utilizes existing channels for resolution with urgency
Support zone teams to work with customers on network preparations, data privacy and cybersecurity management for ASEAN zone.
Collaborate with digital product team to support connectivity
Qualification & Experiences
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Engineering or a related field of study
Passion and energy to drive improvements
Remote connectivity and technology experience and knowledge
CCNA, CCNP, GSEC qualification as a bonus
Attributes and Skills
Good Knowledge on VPN, DNS, EC2, HL7, DICOM, InfoSec and OSI Models
Management, leadership, and coaching skills
Strong collaboration and intercultural skills
Team Player
Time Management Skills
Project Management skills
Business Analytics skills
Customer Interaction Skills
Good knowledge on GEHC Services, Infrastructure and Processes
Knowledge about GEHC’s product portfolio
Good English language skills (written and communication)
