Here, you will make an impact by:Providing support to the business through the collection, conversion, and management of product packaging dataPartnering with Packaging Engineers, plant contacts, and business stakeholders to ensure proper documentation related to packaging methodsCalculating packaged product weight and dimensional details in accordance with GS1 guidelinesAligning data across systems to ensure end-to-end data accuracyUnderstanding and applying quality management requirements to department operations.Facilitating and/or participating on cross-functional teams to develop process or product improvements, standard operating procedures, work instructions, training, and supporting documentationManaging and/or retrieving packaging and business data from corporate systems/databases to support analysis and improvementsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.ORHigh School diploma from an accredited institution AND a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Thorough knowledge of theories and practices, typically applied to one or more disciplines within Package Engineering organizational areas such Client Services, Continuous Improvement, Systems, Quality, Regulatory Affairs Management Center (RAMC), Graphics Design, etcWorking knowledge of ISO 13485, cGMP, and GS1Familiarity of working with supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement business functionsSkills include strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaborationKnowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required.Work location: HybridTravel: May include up to 10% international travelRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers man programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
