JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a highly motivated Senior Project Designer. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for all CAD/BIM-related tasks on assigned projects, establishing and updating project file setups in Revit for the full design team, creating CAD/BIM project execution plans for a full design process, establishing Revit and CAD/BIM models in BIM360 or other collaborative workspaces, working with subconsultants to provide the correct files/formatting for projects, performing quality control reviews on CAD/BIM elements of projects at appropriate milestones, producing design and construction drawings and documentation; developing technical construction documents and details in a team environment; coordinating with discipline leads in architecture, interiors, and engineering; and producing project imagery for use in documents and presentations. Limited travel may be required. The successful candidate will have an associate degree (or higher) in architectural technology or related field AND at least 10 years of relevant experience; OR, if no degree, must have at least 12 years of relevant architectural or engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Experience setting up projects in Revit and other CAD/BIM software, including multiple-phase projects.
