ASR Group/Domino Sugar Senior Supply Chain Coordinator in London, United Kingdom

What will you be doing?

Working as part of our friendly team of 5 in our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full, by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of all inbound and outbound shipments.

You will use your strong vendor management experience to liaise with 3PL hauliers and warehouses to optimise service levels, monitor costs and quality of the transportation and storage processes. Internally you will work cross functionally to ensure smooth and efficient operations as well as being a key point of contact to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards, and handle any issues or escalations that may arise during the order-to-cash cycle.

This is a Senior level position, although you won’t have any direct reports, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership, carry out root cause analysis and have an appetite for continuous Improvement.

Working Hours – 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Hybrid working can be offered - 3 days a week and 2 days from home.

Location – Thames Refinery (East London)

What are we looking for?

  • Similar experience of working in Supply Chain or Logistics in a Senior level position

  • Strong Vendor Management skills

  • Good knowledge of end-to-end food and beverage supply chain processes or similar

  • SAP experience ideal as is a good level of Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint

  • Continuous Improvement mindset
