Neuberger Berman EMEA Design Analyst in London, United Kingdom

Position Overview :

The EMEA Design Analyst is responsible for the consistent delivery, design, implementation and updating of visual assets across the global organization, with a focus on EMEALA projects.

Working as part of the Brand Creative Services organization and supporting EMEA regional stakeholders to create and maintain corporate and variety of marketing materials. The responsibilities are primarily working within set templates and corporate brand guidelines varying from simple templates (such as white papers) to more creative pieces including brochures, posters, and event activation across both on and offline mediums.

The role requires diligence, and ability to work on design projects always partnering with the Creative Services Team based in New York. The role is part of the Creative Services Team, reporting to the Creative Services Team Lead in NY and local marketing leadership in London.

This is a junior role within the Creative Services Team and applicants should have minimum three years’ design experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Fully understands the brand and the NB identity and can take clear direction from Brand Creative Services

Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat. As well as MS programs: PowerPoint, Excel and Word programs

  • Able to execute print and digital design projects utilizing existing templates e.g. insights, ads, social posts, digital charts and whitepapers.

  • Make edits on all pieces that come back from either the proofreader or the project owner.

  • Creates charts for projects.

Able to create all the various PDFs that are requested from the studio as allocated by the Creative Services Team Lead

Design and implementation of print and digital assets for the firm, including but not limited to:

  • BAU design support:

  • Image selection for digital and print material

  • Creation of web friendly charts, infographics and image resizing for digital assets across web hero, collection page tiles, social media and other online properties.

  • Print design for corporate and marketing collateral

  • Ongoing maintenance and updating of corporate and marketing/sales materials including the re-sizing and re-formatting of PowerPoint materials.

  • Animation in PPT presentations and developing diagrammatic articulation of investment processes using infographics, flow diagrams, pictures, and illustrations.

  • Delivery of campaigns and promotions across a variety of offline and online media

  • Pitchbook, brochures, fund profile and product brief design and production.

  • Event stand development (e.g., third party or internal events).

Stakeholder and resource management

  • Effective management of regional stakeholders – engaging in their requirements and providing guidance on design briefs.

  • Central design team integration and communication ensuring ownership throughout project delivery.

Brand implementation regionally

  • Work with global team to ensure consistency around content type.

  • Act as the local coordinator for EMEA based projects requiring global support
