Junior Brand Designer
The Junior Brand Designer is responsible for working in concert with the Advertising Management Team and collaborating to ensure timely and efficient production of advertisements and campaigns. This individual will perform a variety of functions to create and produce advertisements, collateral pieces, and graphics to meet the specifications and advertising needs of our dealerships and company as a whole.
The Brand Designer reports to the Brand Supervisor.
Location: Medford, OR
Compensation Range: $20/hr - $23/hr
Responsibilities
Create consistent advertisements utilizing the elements of design
Create of monthly brand offer templates
Collaborate with Brand team members to develop and launch campaigns/projects
Meet and adhere to production deadlines/timeframes
Comprehend and interpret layouts in a variety of mediums
Improve and hone skills based on Director, Supervisor and Client feedback
Perform other duties related to production or as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Sense of urgency
Excellent communication
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
Experience in ad creation and production
Working knowledge of computer ad systems and office equipment
Working knowledge of printing processes and pre-press production
Experience in ad creation and production
