Description

The UI/UX Figma Expert will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products and platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, the successful candidate will translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually stunning designs using Figma.

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that demonstrate functionality and user interactions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews to gather feedback and refine designs.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.

• Work closely with development teams to implement designs and provide support during the development process.

• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, preferably within a related industry.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional UX solutions for complex, multi-faceted digital products.

• Ability to balance multiple projects at the same time.

• Fluency in best practices for interaction design, design thinking, UX principles and methodologies.

• Expert in Figma and with other design and prototyping tools.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

• Comfortable working with technical teams and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex requirements into compelling design solutions.

• We collaborate online with Slack and Skype and utilize Microsoft Office Suite.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
