Job Title: Press Operator Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hour, depending on shift selected Hours: Day and Night shifts available Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review and interpret information on job-sheets and proper set up of the press
• Select proper Anilox rolls, printing stock and print sleeves
• Prepare ink vats in proper order to match print deck location and ink up press
• Record and track all footage printed, pounds of ink used and quality samples
• Mount printing plates, adds ink, adjusts PH and viscosity of ink to maintain conformity and quality
• Adjust plates and impression to ensure quality and proper registration
• Load and unload print sleeves from press and storage rack

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of flexographic press operations
• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of related mechanical, manufacturing and/or printing experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
