We are looking for a Construction Inspector to join our team. The right candidate will have a background in the field, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety. The Construction Inspector is to monitor daily on-site quality assurance, construction progress and prepare daily quality assurance reports to streets, highways, bridge, drainage and other utilities projects. Responsibilities:

• High School diploma with 5+ years experience in construction projects
• LADOTD certifications including Asphalt Paving , Structural Concrete, PCC Paving
• Structural Concrete certificationpreferable for this position.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Office Software including MS Word and MS Excel
• Work with architects, contractors, and engineers on a daily basis.
• Communication Skills both oral and written in English
• Ability to read and comprehend civil engineering drawings and specifications
