Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain coating qualifications and applications in collaboration with the division superintendent and materials engineer.

• Develop robotic programs and automation processes used for thermal spray and air spray application.

• Working with Sales Representatives to build scopes and quote coating projects. Production engineer is to provide coating selection to meet or exceed both machinery and customer requirements.

• Creating work scope for coating projects upon arrival for coating. Ensure that project work scopes can be completed safely and contain all pertinent information with regards to procedures, prints, tolerances, and critical dimensions.

• Designing, procuring, and manufacturing fixturing and tooling required for safe and efficient project processing.

• Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Engineering Bachelors Degree

• Proficient In CAD 3D/2D

• Robotics Experience
