About the Role

Our CBRE Talent Acquisition team is truly global, with over 450+ team members, located in 100+ countries. We are seeking to add an Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting into a Senior Talent Acquisition Director

This person will play a key role in coordinating various aspects of our global partnerships, reporting, and operational functions, contributing to our transformation goals. Our team have the aspiration to deliver exceptional people-centred experiences to attract, recruit and onboard best-in-class talent.

What You'll Do :

• Assist with the coordination of CBRE Partnership QBR's i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Careers Boards, DEI Partners.

• Generate and analyse partnership reports to support strategic decision-making and determine ROI.

• Assist with TA market intelligence tools and reporting to generate insights and identify sourcing opportunities.

• Coordinate global TA team access to sourcing tools, ensuring transfer of licenses and generating monthly utilization reports.

• Support in maintaining the preferred supplier lists for CBRE agency partners.

• Generate internal reporting around performance, source of hire, and DEI.

What You'll Need :

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in-house

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the globe.

• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and sourcing tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
