As a temporary contractor, you’ll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manages most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.

Key Candidate requisites for the role

● Minimum 6-8 years of experience working across HR processes with good knowledge of Payroll policy, processes, and its systems.

● Build payroll process knowledge and awareness in teams that interact with the end-to-end process.

● Experience in payroll process management at both an operational and strategic level in a multi-country / multi-vendor payroll environment.

● Good Experience interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business processes, and making recommendations.

● Experience of process mapping end to end and competent using ARIS or similar tools.

● Lean/6 Sigma experience would be advantageous.

● Ability to solve problems, diagnose issues and develop appropriate solutions.

● Project and Change Management experience.

● Proven track record as a collaborative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines.

● Strong communications skills both written and verbal.

● Ruthless attention to detail.

● Good organizational understanding.

● Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

● Maintain an external perspective on best-in-class payroll process and apply to improvements.
