· Responsible for order acquisition from Direct / Indirect customers (Through Channel Partners) in the region based on given targets in Automation & Drive Products.
· Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate corrective actions to bridge the gap.
· Regularly visit OEMs, Contractors and End-users to collect requirements in Automation and Drives.
· Technical Presentation & Demo to Customers and Channels on Automation, Digitalisation, VFD & Servo Drive Products
· Account management of Top Retention and Conversion Customers
· Work together with OEMs and End-users for developing Automation, Drives & Servo / Positioning based solutions. Optimize the offering based on Siemens products.
· Assist & coordinate in commissioning to ensure customer requirement is fulfilled.
· Periodically visit channels to review their performance and guide them to bridge the gap.
- Follow-up and ensure the Payments are collected from the customer on time
QUALIFICATION : • BE/B Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and Communication
EXPERIENCE : 2 to 3 years experience in selling & execution of Automation, VFD & Servo based solutions in various applications like Packaging, Printing, Metal Forming, Pharma, Other OEMs etc
