About the role

Specific responsibilities for this position will be:

Identify specific problem statements in genAI & RL in collaboration with cross functional teams

Tune and customize GPT models for specific business unit requirements

Develop approaches for SMART controls, Intelligent systems using RL

Develop data pipelines to extract data from IoT platform, perform data quality check and filtering techniques

Come up with modelling approaches to develop and deploy solutions to cloud-based IoT platforms (AWS, AZURE)

Develop tools of visualization and dashboard to illustrate the data analysis results.

Support the development of end-to-end cloud-based analytics solution implementation

Key Responsibilities:

Manages overall project requirements, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, evaluation measurements, and other disciplines for large or complex projects.

Coordinates control engineering, industrial engineering, organizational studies, and project management.

Monitors budgets, cost, effectiveness, and reliability of activities and make recommendations to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure that standards are met.

Manages work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools for large or complex projects.

Researches, evaluates and recommends investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization's systems products and services.

Provides analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements, and makes recommendations for the generation of verification criteria and plans for the requirements.

Required Technical Skills/Education:

-Excellent understanding of data mining , machine learning techniques & algorithms, Deep learning, NLP & CV, LLMs, RL

-Good knowledge of Tensorflow, PyTorch, NLTK, Transformer models, LLMs and its application, Present state-of-art NLP & CV techniques, SQL, RL

-Strong coding experience: Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++ etc.

- Broad set of technical skills and expertise in Deep learning focused on cutting edge technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud computing.

- Familiar with IoT framework and experience in implementing algorithms in any of the cloud-based platforms – Azure, PTC, AWS.

- Fluent English (both written and spoken), solid technical writing, presentation and communication skills.

- Good understanding of control systems

Preferred Technical Skills/Education:

- Strong hands-on experience in an deep learning environment and applications.

- Experienced in using LLMs, Diffusion models, RL (Bandit Algorithms, MDPs, Q learning, DQN, Policy gradients, Dynamic Programming, Agent, Reward function) NER, Context modelling, Information retrieval, Sentiment Analysis, Object detection, Image Classification

- Strong hands-on experience in collecting, filtering, organizing, and analyzing large-scale dataset using cloud-based platform.

- Strong hands-on experience in implementing analytics algorithms to cloud-based IoT platforms (AWS preferred).

- Strong hands-on experience with the following libraries from Python: Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Spacy, NLTK,.

Minimum Requirements

Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience

Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area

University Degree or equivalent

A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience

OR

An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
