Job Description

A utilities client in Houston, TX is looking for a Project Specialist to support their operations and engineering teams. The Project Specialist will be responsible for assisting with month-end financial close activities, work order management, and financial reporting activities. Other responsibilities include reviewing W.O. settlements for multiple projects, managing warehouse inventory data, providing monthly and quarterly reports, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in SAP and Power BI.

Skills and Requirements

• Proficient with SAP

• Proficient with Excel

• Knowledge of financial reporting

• Experience with Work Order Management

• Knowledge of Power BI - Utilities Industry Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline null
