Position Summary

Responsible for the delivery of multiple HR projects that require coordination with stakeholders across the organization. Both leads and provides integral support to concurrent projects of varying size, duration, and complexity.

This position supervises one or more HR Projects Specialists and reports to the Global HR Director and works closely with other HR functions and Centers of Excellence (COE). Priority focus will be on leading and supporting projects such as M&A;’s, new country entry, new payroll entity set-up, and office moves/closures. Will also provide subject matter expertise and project management support in the development and implementation of other HR projects and programs across all HR support areas, as needed, to deliver on HR’s strategic objectives. The incumbent must provide excellent internal customer service and work with multiple stakeholders across the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

  • Develops project plans, drives project schedules, runs meetings, collaborates, and coordinates across stakeholders to achieve project goals.

  • Contributes to various project deliverables, as needed, requiring a diverse application of HR knowledge and skills.

  • Synthesizes data from various internal and external sources to inform decisions and address needs to meet current and future organizational goals.

  • Assists with organizational and change management initiatives across the business.

  • Balances corporate, function, geographic, and business needs in managing projects and developing solutions to complex problems.

  • Works with HRBPs and managers to review and forecast the impact of people management actions.

  • Supports the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

  • Provides data analytics, recommendations, and fact based guidance and presentations to influence decision making.

  • Collaborates with other HR team members to create efficient, consistent and scalable solutions at the enterprise or business unit level.

  • Promotes a risk-aware culture, ensuring efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

  • Proactively tailors work products, communications, and style to leadership and a broad range of specific audiences.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience working in an HR professional role with exposure to all HR functions, including at least 2 years of international HR experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams across multiple functions/business units.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to be able to help establish a vision while providing structure to drive projects and initiatives forward.

  • Strong user of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and conflict management skills.

  • Some travel is required.

  • Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship.

DESIRED

  • Experience working in a multi-national service company a plus.

  • Previous experience as a transition team member in a merger, acquisition, or divestiture is desirable.
