HHEC is searching for an Electrical Designer to perform a wide variety of design functions in the Houston area. - - This position will be a full time position. - The individual will work closely in our engineers and other design professionals in the production of work in progress and in the development of upcoming work assignments. Projects typically include analyzing and designing of lighting, power distribution, controls and fire alarm systems for commercial, educational and municipal facilities. Responsibilities: - Perform tasks and other project assignments as required by the project. - Work closely with project electrical engineer in the timely production of construction documents. - Work may include conceptual design and planning; design and drawing schematics; equipment sizing and layout; and construction phase services. - Research and develop background material and correlate data for others. Prepare information and diagrams for reports. Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required.
