Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA Lead Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our senior clients in the Honolulu area. As a member of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients. This is a full-time, individual contributor role operating within a franchise in the healthcare/medical industry. The ideal candidate will work 40 hours per week and will be paid a competitive hourly rate of $18-25/hr, depending on experience. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly rate of $18-25/hr • Paid weekly • Full-time position (40 hours per week) • Comprehensive healthcare benefits package including medical, dental, and vision • Paid time off and holiday pay • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the franchise   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs • Monitor and report any physical or emotional changes in clients' conditions to the care manager • Administer medications as directed by the care manager • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients • Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients • Train, supervise, and support other caregivers on best practices and company policies • Communicate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care for clients • Regularly assess and document clients' progress and report any concerns or updates to the care manager • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state regulations and laws governing healthcare services Requirements: • Active CNA license in the state of Hawaii • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting • Knowledge and experience with personal care, dementia care, and medication administration • CPR/First Aid certification preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening upon employment   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer.
