Position Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all callers and visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answers and routes all incoming phone calls.

  • Signs in all visitors (customers, employee and job applicants) and maintains visitor records.

  • Trains relief receptionists/operators.

  • Assists various functional groups (Exec Admin, F&A), including but not limited to making travel arrangements and expense report processing.

  • Sorts and distributes incoming faxes, packages, and mail.

  • Stocks supply cabinet.


  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum two years of efficient switchboard operation experience.

  • Three to five years of office experience.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) suite.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads.

  • Knowledge of windows based business applications.

  • Dependability a must.
