The Task Order Lead will be responsible for the following:

- Providing direction and oversight of the RITEMEOW Task Order teams as well as the COR-T.

- Manage the technical, schedule, and cost performance of the RITEMEOW Task Orders.

- Ensure all openings are filled with qualified personnel within thirty (30) days.

- Monitor actual Task Order performance against the plan, identify needs for Task Order modifications, coordinate those mods with the COR and RM PMO.

The Lockheed Martin Leader will be responsible for the following:

- Be familiar with and embrace the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives. They will be responsible for Lockheed Martin personnel management activities, including implementing a communication plan, managing time and attendance, performing recruiting, and hiring activities, writing, and delivering performance appraisals, conducting merit planning, participating in promotion planning, career development counseling, mentoring, informal and formal performance improvement actions, and additional as-required functions for direct reports.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.

- 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

- PMP Certification not required on day 1 but must be obtained within the first 6 months of starting the position.

Desired Skills:

Experience with program mission and knowledge.

- Experience managing task orders of similar type, and complexity.

• Responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.

• Collaborates with Government points of contact to achieve goals.

• Contributes to program efforts, including cost management, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.

• Report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review program documents.

• Work with the higher level program manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort

• Five (5) years of experience as a program or project manager

• One year of experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
