As a Product Owner along with the Salesforce team, you will work alongside Architects and Product Team to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•Work with Business Process Owners and operating company SMEs to gather, understand, and define business requirements
Possess deep understanding of the product, processes, and personas related to their aligned product
Collaborate with the Business Process Owners in process design and process flow creation
Challenge the status quo when needed to ensure processes are efficient and we are driving towards leading industry practices
Create features and user stories in Version One to support the design, configuration, and development for their aligned product(s)
Work collaboratively with team members to design a product solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
Will need to clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations
Work collaboratively with business users, domain architect, ISMs, etc. as needed to create features and user stories with defined success measures”
Ability to articulate business problem to the team which enables them to determine best solutions
Will validate future solutions proposed by architects and development leads
Possess a clear understanding of the Product vision, roadmap and impacts to the enterprise
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure product team is aligned across the ART and working in concert with one another to provide a consistent experience to our SMEs and BPOs
Understand the up/down stream process and product dependencies, risks, and critical paths of data
Will engage as a testing support role across all testing concentrations by reviewing and providing feedback on the test plans, test cases, and analyzing and interpreting test results
Work closely with IS & vendor partners.
Collaborate with workstream partners to determine agenda for sprint demos and ensures materials are prepared to facilitate sprint demos.
Ability to demonstrate system functionality and provide commentary in live demo settings and ad hoc in meetings
