Individuals with electronics training and expertise needed for a Charleston, SC manufacturer of electronic components. This is a direct hire role with a day shift, M-F schedule. It is direct hire with salary up to $74k annually plus benefits. This position is responsible for reading and correcting Cad drawings, testing all aspects of electrical and electronic systems, reading electrical schematics, performing soldering for rework and prototyping, and using various types of measurement equipment. responsibilities:

• Testing all aspects of electrical systems including battery monitoring, AC/DC power inverter, DC/DC power converters, precision sensors, analog and digital circuits

• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as : oscilloscopes, data acquisition, environmental chambers, electronic loads and power supplies.

• Soldering and circuit level reworking/prototyping

• Reading and understanding electrical schematics

• Willingness to work with voltages upwards of 600V

• Taking measurements of voltage and resistances and Watt measurement

• Validations of circuit assembly

• Being able to read CAD drawings and make corrections as needed

• Working with new CAD designs

• Quality Assurance

• Computer literacy needed

• Four year Technical or Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent OR Military background
