You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and facilitating the hiring process. ABR offers a competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a minimum starting base of \$55,000/annually, plus monthly commission (annual target of earning \$10,000/annually in commission) with additional base compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
