SUMMARY

Responsible for working closely with Commercial Lenders and Credit Analysts to prepare complete and accurate commercial loan documentation for a variety of commercial loans. Also, provides support to the Commercial Loan department by performing a wide array of duties.

JOB DUTIES

In this key position, you are responsible for working closely with Commercial Lenders and Credit Analysts to prepare complete and accurate commercial loan documentation for a variety of commercial loans, often working on deals with complex entity structures, loan terms and collateral. Also, you would provide support to the Commercial Loan department by performing a wide array of duties.

As a Senior CLC, you would assist in the training of new employees and on-going training/mentorship within the department, assist in the development and implementation of policing and procedures, demonstrate leadership skills and seek out opportunities to improve operations and efficiencies. Additionally, you act as back-up for the Team Leaders, conduct and assist in monthly staff meetings, coordinate and arrange meetings, attend and complete all training relevant to the position.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8 years banking experience
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial loan documentation process
  • Two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors
  • Adaptability to technology and multiple software platforms
