• Reviews the electrical drawings / DIS / equip list prior to execution (immediately after loading to factory) so that any rework arising out of errors can be eliminated.

• Studies order-wise actual requirements against loaded drawings to capture errors in design, configuration, wiring, equipment selection, qty, and all relevant aspects.

• Provides relevant structured inputs to vendors, OM and engineering team about errors and their probable solutions (if possible).

• Conducts monthly review / feedback meeting with engineering team so as to spread the knowledge and awareness.

• Maintains proper records / data of the communications / errors / modifications for ease of analysis.

• Issues the requirements for change request management in the projects and provides if necessary inputs.

• Checks the possibilities for technical realization regarding the requirements.

• Drafts the technical realization of the requirements within the technical discipline.

• Acts as a specialized know-how owner for a technical discipline.

• Also responsible for commercial quantification aspect of wiring, wiring consumables and all related items in electrical wirings.

• Supports testing team by providing advance inputs for planning their activities.
