Position Overview:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape behind our iconic content. From architecting high-quality systems to pioneering cloud-first approaches, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our infrastructure remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Define, create, and architect high-quality systems to support movie concept development through to production and distribution via direct-to-consumer mobile applications.

• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement best practices.

• Identify and evangelize new technologies, patterns, solutions, and best practices to enhance our infrastructure.

• Contribute new ideas and solutions to a community of high-caliber engineers, fostering continuous improvement.

• Implement self-healing infrastructure-as-code and automation processes to streamline operations.

• Embed security measures into our infrastructure DNA to ensure data protection and integrity.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration and infrastructure engineering.

• Proficiency in contributing to open-source projects and working with cloud infrastructure.

• Comfortable in both shell environments and integrated development environments (IDEs).

• Experience with lean, agile methodologies and working in self-sufficient teams.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and cloud-first approaches.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with content creation or related entertainment industry.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization technologies.

• Expertise in implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
