Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, including gathering data and compiling reports.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and PCARD expense in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Reconciles departmental accounts against People-Soft and submits changes for Accounting Specialist approval.
• Update daily reports
• Assist with reconciliation
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Serve as uniform service liaison for departments
WORK SCHEDULE:
20 hours per week
Flexible schedule between Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm
Expected Salary:
$15.00 Hourly
Minimum Requirements:
Enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree.
Excellent Communication skills.
Computer proficiency required including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with UF policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle routine customer and employee requests.
• Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships.
