Description: Project Engineer - Level 5

This position is within the Aeronautics Digital Transformation Office. The candidate will join the Business Process Change team supporting the development and adoption of cross-functional processes. The individual will lead the implementation of digital adoption platform solutions, content development and review.

• Responsible for overall Digital Tool Adoption activities

• Apty related;

o Primary POC with Apty

o Coordination of Apty Content Bundle training needs (e.g. dates, number of students) whether delivered from Apty or LM

o Focus on potential applications of Apty during the POC and Pilot Phases (Note: when Production starts then pass to a Level 3/4)

o Provide demonstrations and briefing to potential new Apty applications, leadership and 1LMX

o Coordination with IT to maintain the Apty Dev and Prod environments

o Approval of any new Apps to be added and changes to the App environment settings

o Coordination of updates from Apty (e.g. new Apty Admin)

o Manage the information and planning for the Apty agreement (e.g. Apps, state, current user count, forecast user count, etc.)

• Explore the options for addressing the Native/Thick Client needs

• Identify and explore other digital tool adoption options (i.e. Alternatives to Apty)

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree - technical, STEM or related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education

- Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering

Desired Skills:

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Proven and demonstrated leadership, organizational coordination, and communication skills

- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision capable of clear communication through multiple levels of senior and executive leadership

- Experience developing and executing project plans

- Experience on a program or an Agile Release Train for capability delivery

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
