WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Employee Retention Program Manager guides ERP Supervisors and Coordinators while maintaining PSSI’s Employee Retention Program (“ERP”) at multiple locations within an assigned geographic area. Job duties include:

  • Train Employee Retention Program Supervisors and Coordinators.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of all Five Elements of the ERP Program:

  1. Guarding the Front Door – Hiring Selectivity

  2. Manage 24-Hour Experience

  3. Qualification– “EARNING THE WHITE HAT”

  4. Selection and Preparation of Trainers

  5. Sustaining the Culture

  • Submit weekly schedule to Sanitation Operations Vice President and HR Business Partner (“HRBP”).

  • Perform ERP rollout training for new plants and plants needing ERP Support.

  • Conduct the following trainings:

  • ERP training and development for ERP Supervisors and Coordinators

  • ERP assessments

  • ERP corrective action plans

  • Provide ERP training to new sanitation leadership team members including Site Managers and Complex Managers.

  • Facilitate or co-facilitate monthly ERP division conference calls with HRBP.

  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Active Driver’s License.

  • Demonstrated ability to train team members.

  • Beginner level experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to commute to locations in division by plane or automobile.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish & English).

  • Previous experience as an ERP Supervisor.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position would involve you to be in a wet, hot, and or cold environment, while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”). Shift may vary depending on location.
