Essential Job Functions

• This individual shall function as the PM and Senior Functional Expert, and shall be the single point of contact for the GTL and COR.

• Plan, direct, and manage projects/operations on a daily basis

• Supervise employees of various labor categories and skills

• Research and field new and innovative technology

Requirements

Education Requirement:

• Master’s degree in an Information Technology or Management related field, or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition (Headquarters Department of the Army, Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service staff level)

• Expert-level knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as this acquisition

• A successful track record on delivering on time and within budget for large/complex projects

• Experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technology

• Experience in procurement of hardware and software

• Fifteen or more years program management experience

• Ten or more years program management experience in Army, DoD, or IC

• Ten or more years IT experience in the DoD or IC

• Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Project Management (PMP, DAWIA, Agile)

• Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, Project Management Professional Certification

• Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, an active DoD SECRET security clearance
