​ Qualifications

  • Customer experience focused REQUIRED

  • 2-3 years Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED

  • Ford brand experience PREFERRED, but not required.

  • Ability to train and build a strong, high performing sales staff.

  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores in sales.

  • Be part of a growing successful team

  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI

  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills

We offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package and all the tools you will need to be successful.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $121,200.00 to $219,600.00, which includes commissions on Department Net, and bonus opportunities such as Manufacturer Approvability, and Total Units.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
