About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Marketing team as the Sr. Marketing Project Manager.

This person will lead the establishment of core processes and manage initiatives through to fruition. This involves leading the execution of all campaigns and new product launches for Liquid I.V., as well as partnering with our team to create a new campaign process, and work to constantly refine and improve it.

This role will be the backbone of the marketing team overseeing all major initiatives for the department and operating as ‘Chief of Staff’ to the VP of Marketing. They will be a key cross-functional touchpoint – bringing multiple departments together to achieve groundbreaking activations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized intrinsic leader – taking the reins and motivating others to strive for excellence while delivering assets on time.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Results:

  • Build baseline and KPI’s to meet efficiency and on-time metrics for product and brand campaign launches.

  • Develop weekly report for head of marketing to manage status of projects upwards and call out any outstanding requirements.

  • Build organizational processes, ways of working, and thought frameworks to optimize portfolio alignment and on-time campaign launches.

  • Cross Functional Processes:

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Brand, Creative, Innovation, and Operations across the org to ensure a coordinated and deliberate approach towards launching complex projects.

  • Lead cross-functionals meetings with Leadership Team that bring together multiple departments with a single goal in mind.

  • Identify opportunities to change or improve processes across Marketing, Media, Regulatory, etc.

  • Manage timelines/project calendars for launch campaigns, creative and content projects, brand partnerships and activations, ecomm initiatives, and digital media production.

  • Introduce new technology options that can help operationalize our work and create better work streams.

  • Strategy:

  • Work alongside leadership to develop organizational operating strategy.

  • Build decision making frameworks and cross functional processes to facilitate long term portfolio management and integrated go to market calendars.

  • Lead communications and change management for all process optimizations.

  • Internal Marketing:

  • Facilitate Marketing Leadership meetings to ensure strategic workstream alignment.

  • Manage integration and organization of projects across Marketing, CMI, Brand, Innovation, and Sales.

  • Support our VP of Marketing in mapping workflows for the whole department across all projects that are in-motion.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our growth advertising projects, ranging from FB ads to direct mail campaigns to innovation launches.

  • Create all campaign and recap decks with information from various departments.

  • Support brand marketing initiatives, specifically new launch campaigns.

  • Attend all project briefs, deeply understanding the objectives, deliverables and watchouts that may arise throughout the creative development process

  • Actively participate in internal creative reviews and provide guidance to ensure all work delivers against the marketing strategy and project timelines.

  • Build asset trackers to ensure content, creative and video are on time for campaign delivery.

  • Run weekly team status meetings to ensure projects are tracking on time.

  • Manage deliverables (and specs) spreadsheets for 360 campaign launches.

  • Financial Responsibility:

  • Determine baseline and metrics to improve ROI and higher asset delivery per spend.

  • Manage budgets and inbound invoices and trackers.

  • Learn the SOW, Deal Summary, and legal/contracts workflow and help shepherd documents through the process where applicable.

  • Provide proper communication in a variety of formats to ensure that stakeholders and senior management are in the loop with progress and roadblocks.

  • People Management:

  • Manage one or more people to manage:

  • Track creative deliverables, outstanding needs, and feedback log.

  • Team asset librarian & data manager (organize and tag content in digital asset management system).

  • Manage product requests/shipping for creative shoots

  • Coordinate creative toolkit drops + QC assets and delivery

  • Work directly with creative director, content team and designers daily

  • Schedule pre-production meetings between designers and 3rd party vendors

  • Develop staff and capability training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in project or traffic management in an advertising agency or in-house agency environment is preferred.

  • Asana and Wrike expert.

  • Experience in developing and communicating workstream and workflows.

  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements.

  • Incredibly strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills.

Work Environment:

  • Typical office environment with flexibility for industry events.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
