The MENA Global Store team is seeking a customer-obsessed, growth-minded Program Manager to spearhead managing the program that offers customers millions of international selection from other Amazon Stores. In this role, you'll lead the charge in developing and expanding our program portfolio.

Program Management:

  • Strategically expand our selection for SA and broadly across the MENA region.

  • Identify and capitalize on new program development opportunities, bringing them to market to grow the program and improve its inputs.

  • Manage shopping events by offering customers the best deals and promotions.

  • Design and implement scalable processes to drive business growth.

Marketing:

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and opportunities for innovation and simplification in our merchandising plan.

  • Inputting into and implementing strategies to grow internal and external traffic to our products, and improve conversion rate, to maximize sales and downstream value to Amazon.

  • Identifying key customer insights to increase brand relevance, and accelerate customer acquisition and loyalty, using both quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Owning customer experience including content auditing, catalog quality and assisting with product launch related language-specific tasks (e.g. review keywords, messaging, etc)

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for programs and marketing, coupled with strong product development and process design skills. They should excel in project management and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Comfort with ambiguity and an entrepreneurial spirit are crucial, as is the ability to collaborate and influence diverse teams across the organization, both locally and globally.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Dubai, ARE

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
