Mechanical Engineers will work in a collaborative team environment focused on building systems design for our clients including design of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, plumbing, fire protection and building automation systems. Training and mentoring is a core belief in our firm. As an entry-level engineer, you will learn the basic skills necessary to design the high performance systems to support the facility needs of our clients. What you'll be doing: Designing commercial HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems Learning the technical skills necessary to support our client's needs Learning the design skills necessary to deliver high performance systems Daily collaboration with a team of architects and engineers Field verification of existing site conditions Construction site visits and field observation An ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate engineer with 0-2 years of experience, who enjoys collaboration and interaction to complete a common set of goals. This candidate will have confidence in their abilities, and will enjoy sharing the knowledge they have gained in support of a team. They will be a leader and mentor, utilizing a collaborative approach in support of the internal team as well as client projects.
