*Rentalman Support Analyst *Job Description The primary purpose of the Rentalman Support Specialist is to provide the company with information technology services and support to optimize operational efficiency. Their duties include resolving technical issues and helping identify ways to improve the user experience whilst providing customer service to employees for IT needs.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and respond to Rentalman Helpdesk requests.
• Monitor the system and ensure jobs are processed correctly.
• Create and manage user accounts and settings.
• Manage and create reports for users.
• Provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
• Diagnose Rentalman issues and provide solutions.
• Provide basic training to users.
• Talking to team members through basic problem-solving processes.
• Provide updates and escalate issues to IT management as needed.
• Ability to travel to company sites as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years working in Rentalman support
• Advanced knowledge Rentalman security, applications, and setup.
• Working knowledge of iSeries operations a plus.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are curious and open to learning and finding new solutions
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
