Because we believe that everyone deserves more time to live life to its fullest. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant: Exhibits a positive attitude at the front desk to all employees and visitors. Uses a high level of interpersonal communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Greets contractors, visitors, and applicants; assists them in signing in and out and notifies meeting participants of their arrival. Manage badge assignments of contractors and visitors as needed. Supports various departments, as assigned, by providing administrative support not limited to documentation scanning, filing, data entry, routing of documents, supply ordering, and label production. Answers telephone in a timely, professional, and courteous manner; route calls, and schedules appointments. Responsible for Executive kitchen area and supplies, e.g., refrigerator/work areas for stocking and cleanliness. Performs other duties as assigned. Work Environment/Physical Activities: Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good typing skills and continual attention to detail in composing, proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy with a high level of interpersonal communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. About Solvita We began in Dayton in 1964 as the region's first centralized blood bank.
