Who you’ll report to:

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Professional Services

Location: US Remote role, Dallas, TX preferred

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Collaborating with clients and business stakeholders to understand their automation requirements and define project scope

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets

• Leading and managing project teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively

• Overseeing the development lifecycle of automation projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and go-live support

• Managing risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

• Tracking project progress and performance against established metrics, reporting to stakeholders regularly

• Ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards

• Fostering a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or software development industry

• United States Citizenship required

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)

• Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Gen AI and Intelligent Automation principles is a plus

You excel in these key competencies:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $115,000 – $130,000 and outside of those locations is $105,000 – 120,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
