Mettler Toledo LLC Project Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Project Coordinator is located at America's Hub in Columbus, OH and follows a hybrid work structure. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring successful delivery of project milestones for America's Hub. This professional will coordinate with various local and global departments including engineering, product management, and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating teams of professionals to ensure the timely completion of successful projects. Develop, organize, and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary. Lead product lifecycle management (PLM) projects from ideation to retirement, including new product introductions and engineering change management for all strategic business units at America's Hub. Coordinate end-to-end lean process developments. Identify, plan, and monitor process documentation and trainings for the business. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are in compliance with internal processes and procedures. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular project updates. Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, transparency, and accountability. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to operational teams of all levels and project leaders, ensuring effective project management and timely completion of initiatives. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in operational excellence and contribute to the development and evolution of project strategies within the organization. What You Need to Succeed A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. A project management related certification is a plus. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Process and detail oriented. Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to define problems, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions requiring the use of judgment. Takes initiative and is proactive, requiring minimal supervision to complete tasks. Motivated, resourceful, and independently drives projects forward through creative problem-solving.
