My client has experienced record growth and as a result, they are expanding their Financial Systems team by adding a new Director level position. This position will involve minimal travel each year but is essentially fully remote. The new director will join a strong culture of success with a team that has helped them double in size over the last decade. The company is looking forward to continued growth and recognizes the opportunity they have to maximize their current financial systems. This position is ideal for someone who moved from an accounting or finance career into financial systems. This person will be responsible for overseeing all financial data, maintaining a high level of performance while striving for continuous process improvement. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

• Master's in Information Systems or a related discipline preferred

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Financial Systems leadership role

• Proficiency in database management and analytics

• Extensive knowledge of Business Intelligence Technologies

• Large Financial System experience required with Oracle EBS, SAP ECC

• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI DW)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
