• Work with Netcom engineers to understand vehicle electrical architecture

• Identify appropriate OTX content to be authored to support new model programs

• Work with Core OTX team to determine if previously authored OTXs can be leveraged or if new OTX needs to be developed

• Develop OTX procedures to perform module programming, configuration, and service functions

• Work with Design and Release engineers to resolve issues within Part 2 specifications

• Perform bench simulations to test OTX procedures

• Work with Technical Assistance Center to resolve OTX issues in the field

• Work with DSP technical experts to assess impact of module nonconformances

• Work with IVS and GIVIS teams to update appropriate data sources as necessary

• Familiar with vehicle electronics architectures

• Familiar with XML and XML editors (Oxygen, XML Spy)

• Experience with GradeX OTX Editor desired

• Strong problem solving skills

• Clear written/verbal communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

• Understanding of vehicle communications protocols (CAN)
