Who will you be working with?

You will be work with the SCM team, who are responsible for new product development, cost negotiation, procurement, delivery tracking, etc., to ensure that production is running properly and our customers receive our goods in a timely manner.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the SCM group/division, you will be responsible for purchasing the Indirect and Direct material according to the different department’s needs and ensuring that they are arrive at MC on time. And report regularly to the Sourcing Supervisor.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 3 year experience in purchasing indirect and direct materials

• Class C1 drive license

• Strong communication skills

• Responsible,independent,hardworking and self-motivated.

What will your typical day look like?

• Searching suppliers based on different departments needs for direct & indirect material (production related raw materials, and NPR, such as cutting tool, packaging, fixture, measuring tool, machine tool, etc).

• Make weekly payment plan and monthly purchasing report.

• Negotiate with suppliers on purchasing cost, delivery date, quality assurance, payment terms, etc.

• Release to supplier quote as required to the applicant and issue purchasing order to suppliers.

• Monitor delivery schedule for every purchase order and arrange good acceptance with the purchasing requestor.

• Negotiate annual cost saving and reach the KPI target.

• Make payment applications according to invoices and submit them to finance before 15th of every month.

• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
