Fortive Corporation Leader, Infrastructure Services in Chandler, Arizona

PacSci EMC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services manager to steward transformation of our IT service and infrastructure experience. Areas of responsibility include project management, continuous improvement of the service desk, and advanced architecture support/triage. The ideal candidate has a bias for action, is customer obsessed, and has a proven track record of excellence in building and executing IT strategy. This role requires advanced interpersonal skills, high technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to stakeholder management. A successful leader will possess experience in project management, cloud administration, and delivering in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

· Interact with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure exceptional IT service experience.

· Manage daily operations of the end user services team and relationship with managed services partner.

· Create and execute strategic roadmap for the infrastructure services function.

· Drive visible improvement to services using data and key performance indicators for daily management.

· Expand ITSM modules and services to ensure best in class service delivery and self-service automation.

· Serve as escalation point for emergent issues. Providing prompt updates and root cause countermeasures for all outages.

· Facilitate kaizen workshops to understand user challenges, define process requirements, and drive process improvement through change control methodologies.

· Ensure that service solutions developed within the organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).

· Perform administrative function and update cadence for key systems.

· Drive excellence in IT project management for your function leading strategic projects from concept to implementation.

· Create / sustain a dynamic and energizing work environment which welcomes creativity and innovation.

Requirements:

· 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology.

· Experience with O365 Administration, Endpoint Management, and Machine Virtualization (Citrix).

· Knowledge of automation, AI, and government compliance preferred.

· Demonstrated experience managing large projects on time and to budget.

· Strong work ethic, technical acumen, attention to detail, and people skills.
