Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students. Responsibilities

SUMMARY - Coordinates supervises and implements patient care based on competence professional expertise knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse also practices autonomously consistent with professional standards Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Responsibilities include but not limited to the input extraction and evaluation of data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home. Provider would also be responsible for direct patient care to include rooming obtaining vitals patient assessment & education and discharge planning.

**Monday-Friday; no nights, weekends or holidays

Qualifications

MINIMUM

Greater than two years of RN experience

Completion of accredited RN program

Resuscitation level certificate as appropriate to assigned department

Communication Team building and Clinical competency pursuant to department requirements

AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State required

American Heart Association BLS required

PREFERRED

Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience

Team leader or coordinator

Leadership skills

BSN degree

Bilingual – Spanish

$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
