Position Summary

Provide analytical and operational support for human resources data, reporting and analytical systems and to maintain employee data in the HCM system as per Company established practices. Analyze HR data, systems, and processes/programs under general supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities


CONSTANTLY: every day

  • Applies basic knowledge of PSFT and HCM programs to ensure efficient operations, processing and reporting for worldwide employees.

  • Provide HR subject matter expertise in all phases of global projects where HR data and/or data support is involved.

  • Confirm documentation and approvals are in line with company established practices.

  • Perform Internal (Constantly) and External Audits(Frequently) for the sample population selected by Auditors.

  • Review, analyze and Perform changes to records at all stages of employment life cycle in HCM system globally to include but not limited to Hires, Data Changes and Terminations to achieve operational excellence.

  • Uses theoretical understanding of HR processes, systems and programs consistently and regularly.

  • Analyze and release the required information for Verification of Employments for all current as well as previous worldwide employees.

  • Performs audit on personnel files in the Document Management system and quality checks before HR regions destroy the files.

  • Work collaboratively to improve processes, systems and ways of delivering HR services.

  • Provide expertise and operational knowledge to deliver end to end PSFT*, Biscom, ImageNow system support for all COEs.

  • Identify and research gaps and/or omissions in employee actions (i.e. incompatible Benefits elections or mismatched Termination actions, workgroups incompatible with provided company/entity).


  • Partner with cross organizational end user support team (Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits) responsible for maintaining production systems and addressing high level production support issues.

REGULARLY: less often than weekly, more often than monthly

  • Identify data integrity issues (across all employee data) and implement audits to ensure data integrity.

  • Liaise with customer to develop standard and ad-hoc reports.

  • Develop and create PeopleSoft, Biscom, ImageNow user procedures, guidelines and documentation for each region and/or service line.

  • Mentor less experienced team members on existing processes/functionality.

INFREQUENTLY: monthly or quarterly

  • Perform UAT (user acceptance testing) prior to implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.

  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.


Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.

Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and

contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.


This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Relationship

Reporting to Manager,HRIS



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.


  • Experience : 0 to 2 years will be preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Experience with any Workforce Management Tool.

  • Maintains knowledge of Service Delivery Processes and Procedures.

  • Ensures that others involved in a project or effort are kept informed about developments and plans.

  • Ensures that regular consistent communication takes place within area of responsibility.

  • Ability to protect confidential matter.

  • Must be well versed with MS Office which includes MS Excel, Power Point and Word.

  • Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.

Working Conditions

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.

  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace.

  • Work surface is stable (flat).
