What the role entails

  • Design and create graphics for websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for web performance.

  • Develop designs for digital marketing materials, including email campaigns, banner ads, social media images, and other promotional graphics.

  • Maintain and update digital graphics and layouts, ensuring website and marketing materials remain fresh and current.

  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately across different digital platforms.

  • Participate in the creation of branding materials, providing creative input and ensuring consistency across all digital channels.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.

  • Requires occasional travel

Required Education and Experience

  • Degree or certifications in marketing, graphic design or related field OR 2+ years of equivalent experience

  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, along with HTML & CSS

  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and responsive web design practices.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc).

Preferred Experience

  • Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and an eye for detail.

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, translating marketing objectives into compelling designs.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Capacity to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • A keen interest in staying abreast of trends and advancements in web design and digital technologies.

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time salaried in office position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
