We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. We will provide on-the-job training; good computer and communication skills are necessary. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm. The position is full time, 40 hours per week. No weekends/holidays. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse. This is a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining accurate records.

Duties:

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy and clarity of written materials
• Perform data entry tasks to update inventory records and track shipments
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
• Invoice customers for shipments and pick-up orders.
• Order Parts for inventory and job work orders as needed.
• Shipping & Receiving duties from small USPS packages to pallets via fork-lift. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

This includes all varieties of chain and full service restaurants, company cafeterias, the hotel/motel industry, convenience stores, banks and residential customers.  We provide sales, service and installation on Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning, Walk-in's, Reach-in's, Ice Machines, Soda/Beverage Systems, Frozen & Juice Machines, Beer & Glycol Systems and Water Filtration. We can perform warranty work on all makes and models.

Our service vans are stocked with many parts and supplies to perform general repairs and get your equipment working again; some repairs may require OEM parts that have to be special ordered. We have 5 technicians to provide service Monday -- Friday.

We have a 1,600 sq ft showroom stocked with new & used restaurant equipment. We can help load your equipment into your vehicle or trailer or we can deliver your equipment.
