The HR Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and maintaining the Michels Career Progression Program. Critical for success are the abilities to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail. and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Communication skills, both oral and written, are a must.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst), preferred

  • Compensation analysis of programs experience

  • Job Description creation or maintenance experience

  • Strong business and technical writing skills

  • Ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner

  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
